Delicious Juicy Fresh Blueberry Crumble

RECIPE:
Heat oven to 400 grease cast iron pan with butter
1lb fresh Blueberries cleaned
1 lime + zest
1 slice of orange + zest
1tbs corn starch
2 tbs sugar
Dash vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon
Dash salt
1 tspn balsamic vinegar

CREAM CHEESE COATING
1 block of cream cheese softened
Dash vanilla
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
Dash of milk or cream
Mix well until spreadable, add a dash more cream if necessary

CRUST
Roll out crust & place in cast iron pan
Add CREAM CHEESE COATING over crust

Mix berries well - turn out into prepped crust coated w/cream cheese in cast iron pan
Top w/crumble

Crumble
3 tbs cold butter cubed
3 tbs flour
2 tbs oatmeal
4 tbs sugar
Dash vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon
Dash salt
Mix well coating all butter pour over blueberries
Bake until golden & crunchy best served warm w/ice cream, cool whip or alone.
