Bundt Pan or 13”x9” Pan

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 3 Teaspoons Cinnamon

  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

  • 2 Cups Sugar

  • 1½ Cups Vegetable, Corn or Canola Oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 jars (7 ounces each) of puree carrots (Baby Food)

  • 1 Can Crushed Pineapple – 8 ounces drained well

  • 1 Cup Nuts (Walnuts, Pecans)

Sift dry ingredients

Add oil, eggs, carrots

Blend thoroughly

Then add pineapple and nuts

Bake for 55 minutes and enjoy!
