Cast Iron Skillet Fajitas
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onions and peppers with the spices.
Toss the chicken back in, mix, and serve with warm tortillas, lime wedges, and your favorite toppings.
