PESTO PASTA PRIMAVERA
• 1 onion diced
• 2 garlic cloves chopped
• 1/2 green, red, yellow pepper chopped
• 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus trimmed
• 1/2 c mushrooms cut
• 1/2 pasta
• 1/4 c pesto
• Olive oil
• Salt
Cook pasta according to package
Add oil to large pan & heat
Add garlic, onions, peppers season & sauté about 3 minutes
Blend in asparagus & mushrooms cook addl 3-5 minutes
Add pasta to veggie mix
Spoon pesto on top & blend together
Add a few spoonful's of pasta water & simmer
Cover for 3-5 minutes & serve
