A delicious & easy way to eat healthy, and you make it yourself.

Best granola ever! You won't believe how good it is until make it yourself! This additive treat is easy, quick & packed w/healthy, yumminess. Using rolled oats, nuts and dried fruit makes this granola a winner to have for breakfast, lunch or snacking.

Go from mixing to eating in about 30 minutes!

What you need:
  • Cookie Sheet

  • Silicone mat (or non-stick spray)

  • Rubber Spatula/wooden spoon

  • Measuring Cups

  • Measuring Spoons

  • 2 Bowls: 1 large 1 small

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup whole pecans (or walnuts)

  • 2/3 cup craisins/raisins

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

  • 1 teasp pure vanilla

  • 1/2 teasp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)


  • Pre-heat oven 350 degrees

  • Put craisins in orange juice to soak set aside

  • Mix dry ingredients (not coconut or craisins)

  • Mix in nuts

  • Add vanilla, oil & syrup mix well

  • Turn out onto cookie sheet (if no mat, spray w/non-stick 1st)

  • Drain craisins & set aside

  • Pat w/spoon to flatten- bake for about 15 minutes breaking it up during cook time

  • Brown to your desired color, (20 mins tops) and be careful not to overcook (DON'T BURN)

  • Remove from oven immediately add craisins & coconut & toss

Let cool store in a air tight jar & enjoy!
