Take a moment out of your busy day to relax and prepare yourself for what lies ahead.

It's important to find a quiet minute to practice meditation, especially when facing the challenges that come with work, school, and life in general.

By taking the time to slow down and reflect, you can find your inner voice and combat stress. You don't need a large amount of time for this, just about 90 seconds will do.

Find a comfortable and quiet place, whether it's a bathroom, bedroom, park, or even your car, and use it as a space to release tension and practice self-care.
