What you need:
  • Plain Epsom Salts

  • Lavender Essential Oil

  • Dried Lavender Seeds

  • Glass Mixing Bowl

  • Wooden Spoon

  • Clear Glass Covered Jar; 8-12 ounces

  • Small Scooper


  • Pour desired amount of Epsom salts into bowl

  • Add 10-15 drops of essential oil to salts and mix with wooden spoon

  • Begin the layering process

  • Salts first, about a quarter of the jar, then the seeds

  • Continue until filled ending with the salts on top

  • Cover and allow to meld together for a minimum of 20 minutes

  • Use scooper distribute into the hot water

  • Leave uncovered while bathing to let the fragrance emit even more into the room

  • Once finished, tightly cover until needed again

    Other scents may be substituted such as: peppermint, eucalyptus, lemongrass, rose, or patchouli or make several to have on hand to use according to how you feel.
