Almond Crusted Flounder is fantastic. It's Elegant, Easy, and Delicious
Almond Crusted Flounder is a truly remarkable dish. Not only is it elegant, but it is also incredibly easy to make and absolutely delicious.
This versatile fish dish can be whipped up quickly for a satisfying meal at home, or it can be used to create a romantic dinner for two. Additionally, it is the perfect choice to impress guests at a small gathering or dinner party.
The flounder filet is an excellent option as it is thin and the perfect size for individual portions. The crust, made with sliced almonds, Panko breadcrumbs, cornmeal, and flour, adds a delightful crunch to the fish.
To prevent the almonds from burning, it is recommended to use peanut oil, which can withstand high heat.
Serve this delectable dish with a light Arugula Salad or green beans for a truly enjoyable experience.
